Accountant-Commercial Real Estate

Duke Realty Corporation, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), has an opening for a Project Accountant located in our Phoenix, AZ office. Responsibilities include external reporting, preparing and analyzing corporate and joint venture schedules, budgeting and financial analysis. The candidate should have 2-4 years of accounting or general ledger and financial reporting experience with proven analytical and communication skills. BS in accounting with proficiency in Excel and the Windows environment is required. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Experience in CTI, Access and real estate accounting is a plus.
