AIRPORT ADMINISTRATOR

1. Reports to:General Manager and Assistant General Manager2. Major Function:To facilitate effective management of the Center office by determining priorities of work and procedures to be followed; to act as liaison between Airport and applicable region and corporate staff to ensure accurate, timely and concise flow of reports; to assist General Manager by performing a variety of duties including those of a confidential nature; and to be part of the team effort to maintain a high standard of client, tenant and employee relations.3. Responsibilities:a) Maintain and enhance tenant and client relations in day-to-day ongoing contact. Assist with tenant and customer complaints in an effective and professional manner.b) Process Center notification payable/receivables, account coding, reconciliation, sales reporting, and communication of such work to corporate.c) Oversee office systems, functions, supplies, purchase and maintenance of office equipment.d) Procure appropriate repair services, when necessary.e) Coordinate and assist with budget reviews and expenditure projections.f) Responsible for the proper coding and input of all invoices.g) Composition and/or editing of Center correspondence, routing of General Manager’s correspondence.h) Keep and update tenant insurance log.i) Collect in-line and RMU monthly sales.j) Provide general secretarial support including typing, filing, mail, telephone, fax, travel and meeting arrangements.k) Support Specialty Leasing TLA preparation and submittal and Monthly Activity Report. 4. Skills Required:a) This position requires that the incumbent be able to act independently in varied situations, set own priorities, use good judgement, and be able to communicate effectively.b) Work requires the ability to use a PC, and in particular: PeopleSoft, word processing (Word) and Excel to input, retrieve, edit, and develop spreadsheets for completion of letters, reports, and payroll.c) Work requires thorough knowledge of General Manager’s responsibilities as well as knowledge of company policies, operations, procedures, safety and security measures.d) Incumbent should possess good communications skills and the ability to maintain and enhance both employee, customer (general public) and tenant relations.Skills required for this position are normally acquired through completion of a high school education, and preferably a two-year degree with specialized training in business, computers, and two to three years of related office experience.Microsoft Office Suite JOB TITLE: AIRPORT ADMINISTRATOR COMPANY: Westfield LLC LOCATION: BOSTON, MA 02128 JOB CATEGORY: Administrative/Clerical JOB STATUS: Full Time, Employee EDUCATION LEVEL: Some College Coursework Completed CONTACT INFORMATIONCOMPANY:Westfield LLCREFERENCE CODE:SP11830 View all jobs for Westfield Corporation
