ADMINISTRATOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DEPARTMENT

Woodbury, Long Island based real estate organization owning in excess of 4.5 million square feet of office space is looking for a construction project administrator. This individual will report to the Executive Vice President/Director of Operations.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for invoicing and cost tracking in the construction departmentInput all Cap/Ex & TI projects with budgets into our software (Timberline) Review Cap/Ex & TI tracking with Executive VP Input invoices for payment Review change orders with project managers

Specific Knowledge:

Experience with Timberline and/or IBS is a plus. Must be proficient in Word and Excel and have in depth experience with Microsoft based software.
