Workflow Specialist 2826

Description:  Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing and working closely with planning, this person will take the current manual workflow and develop and implement an automated web-to-print style workflow where, by using portal technology, clients can place orders online.  This system will interface with production as well as the financial and billing functions. They will be a big picture person, one who is able to map or design ideal workflow, develop manufacturing plans, monitor quality and deliver services which will attract and retain customers.  Must be hands on and a good developer of people.  This individual will participate in the press installation and the day-to-day operational leadership of the division. Requirements: Previous management experience in a Digital Printing environment a must. Must be strong with process and workflow architecture. Experience with Prinergy, upfront or insight pre-press workflow. Understanding of digital print engines and on-line ordering systems. Demonstrated ability and willingness to hold self and others accountable for meeting performance expectations. Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve with limited resources. Strong experience with training required. Excellent written and verbal communication Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
