Trainer with Digital Print Experience
POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Training Manager with current and future workload, growth of training department, course maintenance and recordkeeping. Help develop and maintain production, safety and general training courses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Deliver NEOT (New Employee Orientation Training) and Production training.
· Schedule and deliver Production Training.
· Assess production processes and complete job task analyses for different production areas.
· Assess training effectiveness and provide guidance to management on improvement and training methodology.
· Maintain accurate internal and regulatory training and OSHA records.
· Conduct training needs assessments, identify training strategies and assist with the development and implementation of new training programs and methodologies.
· Develop curriculum, policies and procedures associated with various courses to include safety requirements and technical writing of user manuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years demonstrated experience coordinating and conducting training required
· 2+ years experience OSHA requirements in manufacturing and OSHA training requirements preferred
· 2+ years digital printing experience with print press operation or finishing experience highly preferred
· Flexibility to work all shifts required
· Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently
· Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism at all levels, both internally and externally
