Subscriber Retention Specialist

Works to minimize customer disputes while working within the Retention Department guidelines.



Responsibilities
Contacts subscribers to retain their subscription status. Interacts with customer via telephone contact to establish or sustain the company's relationship with subscribers. Associate will strive to produce prepayment of subscriptions .

Requirements
Strong sales and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain high level of performance, high school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or other course work is a plus. Some experience in sales and/or customer service desired.
