Sr Operations Manager
Title: Sr. Operations MangerResponsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day management of the production department, that encompasses print operations, case binding, shipping, color department, maintenance/facility and quality control departments. Responsibility for overseeing all Production supervisors as well as being one of the senior management officials in the TN Facility. Additional responsibilities will include hiring and training staff, safety and security; maintenance and repairs; and non-product purchasing.
Experience: 3-5 years managing in a production/manufacturing facility. Experience in the printing industry a plus.Education: College degree or experience equivalent required.Skills: PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet. Must be self directed and capable of operating at high level with little direction or supervision. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a very high customer satisfaction orientation. Must be able to exercise good judgment in accordance with policies and procedures and interact effectively and efficiently with staff and business partners. Must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
