Sr. Director of Integrated Sales - Western Region
Computerworld is looking for a Sr.Director of Integrated Sales in the San Francisco area. The position will be responsible for growing revenue from a base of existing key accounts/agencies in the Western region through highly focused/customized media programs sold via consultative relationships, while growing new business accounts as well. The candidate will create value by staying current with competitive industry trends and relating them to a clients product/service portfolio, creating strategic proposals based on a thorough understanding of Computerworlds portfolio, and selling integrated go-to-market solutions that drive tangible results to stated objectives.
The qualified candidate must have strong and demonstrable client/agency relationships in the Western region, have experience working in a matrix management organization, be an independent and creative problem solver, have tenacious business development skills, be a strategic thinker/implementer, and have strong oral and written communication skills. A minimum of 7-9 years of advertising sales and sales management experience for a business and/or technology media brand is required; experience in custom media sales is strongly recommended. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills, be relentlessly self-motivated, and have a conversational understanding of Information Technology.
