Foster City, California Responsibilities:
The Content Administrator develops / maintains content for the SCEA Consumer Support Knowledge Center on PlayStation.com. The Content Admin develops new articles, reviews consumer feedback and enhances existing content while always ensuring to meet SCEA’s high standards and quality reputation.
This is a fun and fast paced position creating, developing and maintaining both dynamic and animated content in a highly motivated environment. Our ideal candidate will bring web knowledgebase content administration experience with them, as well as a love of solving problems for others. Excellent communication and organizational skills paired with a passion to succeed are needed – and backgrounds in web analytics and/or familiarity with the RightNow Technologies platform are big pluses.
Requirements:1+ years of web and content development. Experience using Adobe Suite CS3 and working knowledge of Action Script 3.0. Demonstrable programming skills in PHP, Java, X|HTML. Familiarity with Cold Fusion (tags) and Siebel Database a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team. Experience with RightNow Technologies, graphic design and Adobe creative suite a plus. Consumer electronics background preferred, online entertainment/game industry knowledge a plus. BA/BS a plus. Approximately 10-20% domestic travel and 5-10% international travel. Must be able to work in a professional office environment.
