Senior SAP FI/CO Systems Analyst

 

As a successful candidate you will get an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your responsibilities range from project implementation efforts to production support.  As a company we have been live on SAP R/3 for seven years and are currently running ECC 6.0. You will assume a critical role as we continue to enhance our implementation through acquisition integrations and exploring additional functionality.

 

This is a full-time position, not a contract or a contract-to-hire position.  You’ll collaborate tightly with a highly talented & committed applications team, including technical resources from our applications development team.  You are an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner - and you expect the same to be reciprocated.  You must possess solid written and verbal communication skills and have an aptitude for thriving in complex situations.  Systems analysts on our team support multiple business groups and/or applications so you may also be asked to learn and support applications outside of core SAP FI/CO.  Lastly, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced, self-directed, diverse and customer service-oriented environment.

 

Responsibilities:Hands-on configuration of SAP FI/COManage SAP FI/CO projects and also be a resource on project related effortsProvide SAP FI/CO support for a global install baseDirect day-to-day functional support of SAP FI/CO issues Development of business processesPotentially support of other business areas and/or applications in addition to SAP FI/CO

 

Requirements:5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in the FI/CO module, including support and configuration in the following areas:

o  A/P, A/R, G/L, FA, Credit Management,  Credit Card ProcessingHands-on configuration experience within the last 6 months8+ years of total work experienceExperience in SAP 4.6/4.7/ECCExperience on at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementationBA, BS, or equivalent work experienceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skillsFlexible - able to pick up new modules/other applications as required
