We have an immediate position available for a Senior Designer who will be responsible for collaborating with Copywriters and Marketing Managers to create sales-generating, brand-promoting, effective marketing material for online and print media (focus on Web/Interactive).

Other position responsibilities include:

- Producing high quality, effective design solutions for B2B and B2C e-marketing and merchandising
- Actively participating in creative reviews, develops credibility with business partners
- Responsible for representing the department at meetings with clients, vendors and key stakeholders. Oversight of the creative product from strategic inception to completion
- Creating and managing an efficient workflow process that ensures on-time delivery given the benchmarked time and tools needed to accomplish job

Qualifications needed:
- At least eight plus years on the job experience
- At least five years of web/email/e-marketing experience
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising processes and trends
- Graphic design proficiency
- Proficiency in In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe, Dreamweaver, Flash and HTML
- Ability of build constructive and effective relationships across the organization, within the design community and with strategic partners to achieve business objectives
- A personal commitment to getting results, meeting goals and bringing new ideas to the process
