Your tasks
Clarkson Potter, the premiere publisher of full color lifestyle books, is seeking a high-energy Senior Designer to complete their team. This position requires imagination, passion, a strong design sense and skill. The Senior Designer will get to design both the jackets and interiors on some of our most beautiful books. Candidates should be adept in all aspects of illustrated book design, including overseeing freelance designers, illustrators and photographers, keeping to schedules and budgets, maintaining the highest standards of production, and preparing presentation materials.


Our requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years four color illustrated book design experience. You must be a creative individual with strong organizational skills. You must be proficient in both Quark and Adobe CS.
