We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to support Wiley’s electronic product licensing sales force by generating customer reports and sales histories, generating invoices, and communicating with sales staff, customers and technical staff to resolve problems with online content access

 

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience with online product support, order processing, or customer database maintenance, along with knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong investigative, analytical and problem solving abilities, highly organized, detailed oriented and with proven ability to multi-task also required.
