McGraw-Hill Contemporary, a division of McGraw-Hill Education, has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative to market a wide variety of instructional materials to schools in Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Responsibilities: Attaining and surpassing sales goal Developing and executing territorial marketing sales plans Conducting successful sales presentations Maintaining expense budgets and personal travel and expenses Providing ongoing and timely communications with manager Building relationships with internal and external business partners Required: Bachelor's degree Prior demonstrated successful sales, training, territorial and expense management experience Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and online/web-based tools Must be able to travel overnight often Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Must have a valid driver's license Desired: Teaching experience and previous experience with curriculum development and selection at the post-secondary level The McGraw-Hill Companies is an equal opportunity employer.Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 50% Copyright 2008 The McGraw-Hill Companies.
