We aggregate content from top-tier publishers and offers various news editions, including personalized, editorialized and most popular as well as comprehensive delivery options. Job Description The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in management of day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing Department including but not limited to marketing acquisition and search efforts as well as ad sales. Position reports to VP, Sales & Marketing. Primary Responsibilities • Media buy negotiations, management & reporting, social media & marketing, including SEM• Assist in Ad Sales, Ad Trafficking, Ad server management & optimization• Coordinate email marketing initiatives

• Assist in development of sales collateral & presentations, media kits • Compile website analytics reports & competitive reports • Monitor competitive marketplace • May require some travel Skills/Experience/Education • At least 3 years of relevant work experience • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client-servicing skills • Able to effectively multi-task & problem solve • Self-motivated and forward thinking • Proficient in MS Office Suite; strong Excel & PowerPoint skills a must • Experience in interactive publishing, marketing or advertising required • Experience in working with email service providers & ad serving technologies a plus • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript and rich media/Flash banner functionalities a plus • Bachelor’s Degree Required
