Real Estate and Purchasing Analyst

The Real Estate and Purchasing Analyst works with the purchasing and real estate groups to assure compliance to budgets, weekly and monthly reports, financial plans, and supplier performance.  This position also provides appropriate information and recommendations to management for review and action.

Responsibilities include: Monitors market conditions and analyzes transactions and budgets Coordinates completion of all contracts across strategic business units, and the outsourcing bills Analyzes and reviews all real estate and purchasing budgets Gathers, interprets, and provides analysis of data to make recommendations upon approval to headquarters NPR group in Venlo Assists in lease administration and lease management Manages contract and approvals from ONA NPR group to internal and external suppliers, legal and senior management Evaluates, creates, and proposes policies and procedures for bill processing, order processing, budgets, and supplier programs Recommends changes when needed and assists in the implementation of new processes Provides support as needed for the Facilities, Real Estate and Purchasing teams

Qualifications: Requires a degree in business or finance with a minimum of 3 years of experience Strong project management skills are necessary Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel) Advanced finance/budget skills Detail oriented Proven analytical skills in order to identify problems, recognize significant information and make connections between data Effective written and verbal communication skills
