Production Equipment Maintenance Manager
National Printing Company needs a Maintenance Manager for its Plant
Large web offset printing company is seeking candidates for Management of the three-shift plant and equipment maintenance operation. The Manager is responsible for leading, providing training, budgeting, employee relations, safety, performance evaluations through department supervision, and maintenance results.Responsibilities include installation of equipment, overhauls, PM's, trouble shooting equipment problems, upgrades, as well as maintenance of mechanical and electrical power and controls (PLC's). Equipment consists of large high-speed printing presses, binding equipment and material handling/conveying systems.
Successful Candidates Must have:Good knowledge of equipment/building maintenance for large offset printing/binding facility.Experience leading electrical/mechanical needs for a high speed printing plant.Good leadership skills utilizing generally approved employee relations concepts.Good computer operation skills.Ability to read blue prints and organize/lead projects to maintain and improve production.A good sense of urgency and ability to get results.A strong knowledge of high speed mechanical and electrical printing/binding equipmentA desire to build a strong maintenance department through training, leadership and upgrading skills and perspectives.
