This includes: 1) the end-to-end management of existing products including product extensions/enhancements/editions/phases, product performance reviews, and product integrity, and; 2) the development of new products including market research, competitive analysis, development of new product business plans, product launch project management, product documentation and implementation. Duties: Identify market needs and address them through new product planning and development, product extensions, and updating features and benefits. ['own' the user experience] Develop new product business and cross-sell plans, including quantitative analysis of market conditions, competitive environment and trends Define, communicate and manage business requirements of both product and product environment into technical teams Develop and implement product through Beta to commercial launch Lead cross-functional teams in new product launches, including management of project timelines and deliverables. Integrate product into existing invoicing, A&E, licensing systems Develop new pricing and access offerings based on market need Implement any special pricing/offers technically Develop product enhancements and updates based on customer feedback Propose and coordinate implementation of enhancements to existing products and websites Ensure product performance maximization by monitoring product performance, recommending and implementing improvements Liaise with customer service, helpdesk, etc as necessary Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for differentiation - continual development and re-assessment to maintain market leading position Deployment of custom solutions as required Manage project budgets and P&L Perform other related duties as assigned by management Qualifications ?
