Project Data Administration – Printing Production Assistant  

 

Celebrating our 100th anniversary, the Joseph Merritt & Company continues to provide comprehensive graphic imaging and printing solutions to a diverse group of clients.

 

We have a tremendous opportunity in one of our print facilities for an individual that is computer savvy, learns quickly, and can assist in production when needed operating digital printers.  Document management proficiency will lead to career path development.

 

The requirements and duties of this position will include:

 

· Proficiency with computers/software applications, including complete MS Office Suite.  Managing project databases will be integral.

· Ability to manage and process digital workflow to production.

· Operate and maintain high-speed digital print and scan systems when needed.

· Operate scan to file software.

· Ability to process customer and internal instructions to produce quality work.

· Willing to work overtime when needed to meet critical project deadlines and shop productivity goals.

· Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency.

· Customer contact and customer service skills required.

· Participate as team player.

 

Pay commensurate with experience, benefits and 401k plan.
