Print Solutions Account Specialist - DC Metro

RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Digital Copy and Printing activity within existing customers through regular site visits and communication that promote program awareness and education. Address any customer issues through problem resolution. Partner with Print Solutions Account Manager to effectively implement and support complicated customer programs. Partner with Production Center Operation and Customer Service Team to ensure customer program and project specifications are met with the highest quality and timeliness. Work with outside vendors on outsourced requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Category experience and knowledge of the Digital Copy industry and an understanding of traditional printing (stationery, forms, labels, checks, etc.). Strong communication skill sets to drive compliance, retention, penetration and problem resolution. Possess and utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage implementations and to manage ongoing customer order and service needs. Ability to work and contribute to a team atmosphere of internal selling and production partners. Sense of urgency to provide the best quality and service levels at a competitive price to our customers. Ability to manage a set territory and physically visit customer locations. Microsoft Office Application experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.) Bachelors Degree with two to four years prior related work experience preferred.
