PeopleSoft Benefits Administrator
Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the company's benefits. This is a technical process focused position.Skills/Experience:Experience supporting Open Enrollment activities through PeopleSoft including:* Benefits Administration module and eBenefits module table setup and configuration to support benefit plan changes and business requirements. * Experience developing and executing test scripts.* Experience working with technical resources to develop interfaces and modify the system as required to support Open Enrollment. * Skilled using PeopleSoft query.Very nice to have:* Experience with configuration required to implement new functionality in eBenefits to support day-to-day benefit enrollment changes for newly eligibles, family status changes, etc.* Experience troubleshooting, researching and identifying solutions within other PeopleSoft modules. Pension experience or knowledge is a plus.Solid adhoc query skills Solid at trouble shooting, technical, transfer knowledge.
