Payroll Manager

Experience managing payroll team via strong communication and customer service skills, being detail-oriented and having strong organizational skills are essential. Must have proven ability to analyze and problem solve, as well as, manage multiple on-going tasks.Facilitate, develop, and manage a large environment payroll team.Responsible for successful implementation of payroll processes.Responsible for payroll initiatives such as acquisitions, conversions, year-end processing, etc.Responsible for reporting payroll monthly metrics and overall payroll performance scorecard to senior leadership.Must maintain current processes and procedures on Payroll systems to achieve alignment with HR benefits and other related departments. Maintain compliance and audit control for the Payroll Dept.Supervises Payroll Supervisors and Payroll Team Specialists.Responsible for other duties assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor's degree or related payroll experience.Planning and organization: an ability to plan and manage multiple projects. Strong customer orientation. Problem analysis and problem resolution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High performance teams and a strong team player. Computer proficiency: Word, Excel and Power Point.
