Wright's Printing is a family owned, award winning, 6 color commercial sheet-fed printing company centrally located in the heart of the fast growing community of The Woodlands.  as a full service printing company we have the ability to offer our prospects and customers short and long run capabilities, state of the art new offset presses, full in-house bindery department and warehousing capabilities.  with over 8 years in business, we have become known as the communities Hometown printer and are looking for another representative to continue our growth.

 

Job Description Summary

The ideal candidate should be self motivated, energetic, hard working and a team player that can get the job done. Must be a self starter, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize the day and manage accounts. The candidate should be devoted to learning new technology within the graphic arts industry and continue growing as a sales professional. any experience within the industry would be extremely helpful, but not needed. 

 

Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through active participation within the community and networking functions.  Develop new business by utilizing cold calls, scheduling client introductions/meetings, and preparing presentations to win new clientele.Maintain and grow existing client base. Manage account bases through building rapport with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction with all jobs.  Achieve established goals for revenue and profit margin targets.



RequirementsSales experience of 5 years or more as an outside sales representativeBusiness professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage tme and be money motivatedAbility to negotiate and close sales
