Job Description: * Follow up on self-generated and company provided leads selling a suite of online media products. * Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics as defined by the Ventura County Star. * Effectively identify a prospect’s needs, create proposals and bundled web packages. * Present offerings to decision makers through phone and in-person demonstrations.* Build new and deepen existing relationships, providing client support throughout the entire sales cycle.

Position Requirements: * 1-3 years online media or other sales experience: generating leads, cold calling, closing business and managing clients.* Successful sales track record, fire in the belly, and driven desire to succeed. * Excellent communications and persuasion skills with the ability to present the core capabilities and value proposition of product offerings. * Passion for the Internet space and selling online media. * Superior organizational and time management skills.* College degree (BA/BS) preferred. * Must have California driver's license, acceptable DMV report and car insurance.
