MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

 

Training Class Start Date: Monday, October 13, 2008

 

Are you a Customer Service Champion? Do you enjoy working with people over the phone and having the ability to make someone’s day simply by talking to them? Then this job is for you!

 

Looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to receive and process inbound calls in a call center environment as it relates to our unique products and services offered by the Good Sam Club. Position requires excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to generate excitement about other products, services and membership clubs specifically designed with the RV enthusiast in mind.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Receives, responds to, and processes customer calls with an emphasis on providing the world class customer service our members expect while determining member needs and satisfaction

•  Build rapport with our member base by closely listening to our member needs and providing feedback to management in order to ensure we exceed expectations on every call and with every member 

•  Communicate with members to ensure that all their RV lifestyle needs are met by educating and selling other products, services and publications offered by Good Sam and Affinity affiliates

•  Resolve customer issues by providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction

•  Affinity offers paid training and attractive hours of operation

•  Performs other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

•  High school equivalent, college degree or some college preferred

•  Past customer service and sales experience a plus

•  Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills

•  Strong written, verbal, and listening skills 

•  Basic computer knowledge

 

Salary range: $10.50 during the three week training period. Increase to $11 plus commission post training.
