The Manufacturing Assistant position is located in our Voorhees, NJ Regional Printing Center.

 

Job Summary

 

Provide all aspects of administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Department Managers.  In addition, responsible for manufacturing phone calls, reporting, and coordination efforts

 

Primary Duties

 Manage calendar and schedule meetingsPrepare reports, correspondence, memos and presentations Arrange travel plan/meetings; Create itinerariesMaintain electronic and paper filing systemsPrepare agendas and minutes for meetingsScreen calls and correspondenceDevelop, enhance, and maintain formsManufacturing purchase order processManage inventoryData entry and report preparationAssist with shipping

 

Education Required

 High School Graduate or Equivalent

 

Desired RequirementsMinimum of three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong PC skills (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook); Excel formula/function skills essentialExcellent verbal/written skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projectsAbility to use independent judgment and to manage confidential informationKnowledge of office principles and proceduresStrong organizational skills
