Manager of External Reporting

The Manager of External Reporting is responsible for the preparation of all external financial reporting, annual report and other required SEC filings. This highly-visible role will require regular communication with the Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Consolidations and Corporate Accounting, Manager of Accounting Projects and Research, CFO, other Corporate department heads, and Business Unit finance leaders.Qualifications· BA in Accounting (CPA preferred)· Big 4 accounting experience required with current external reporting experience· Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and proficient in applying GAAP.· Ability to interact with all levels of management.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of written communications proficiency.· Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an ability to work independently. · Strong technical and analytical skills.· Proven ability to respond within short time constraints and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy.
