The Manager of Pricing and Sales will be responsible for the following: All financial analysis and support as required by the Director of Pricing and Sales as it relates to reviewing and assessing current pricing practices for all BusinessWeek Global Products Working with various BusinessWeek departments (sales, marketing, online, business finance departments as well as senior management), to analyze and establish clear, robust guidelines regarding customer tiers, pricing and effective discounts across all BW global products, value added programs, etc. Establish regularly reporting around actual results as it relates to pricing trends, customer tiers, effective discounts, etc. (actual versus guidelines) Responsible for all financial support for sales organization: Revenue and expense accounting related to BW global sales organization (monthly close, payroll reconciliations, invoice review and processing, T&E, sales commissions, etc.) Responsible for print revenue budget and monthly forecasting, as well and global sales expenses Tracking, analyzing and assessing key revenue metrics (print and online bookings, ad page trends, etc) Accounting, budgeting and forecasting for BW China Salesforce.com financial reporting All financial reporting, analyses, presentations and monthly reports related to BW revenue and sales expenses 2-3 years as financial analyst in an accounting role Strong financial analysis skills and experience in ad hoc financial analysis (pricing analysis experience preferred, although not required) CPA a plus Strong track record of working with senior level executives across an organization Excellent communication skills Copyright 2008 The McGraw-Hill Companies.
