Position is responsible for managing the Advertising Dept Telesales staff. Increase sales of Advertising. Responsible for staff management of telesales department. Assist Advertising Managing Director in goal setting, financial reporting and the development of processes and policy, which improves the effectiveness of the Telesales Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITIES
Increase Category Sales volume and revenuesWork with Advertising Director to develop and implement goals, Team Systems and process to ensure that Team members are selling cooperatively and effectively to achieve sales goals.
Responsible for executing marketing strategy working with Advertising Director and Marketing Manager.
Work with Advertising Director to develop strategic planning process for Telesales, making recommendations for organizational structure, internal processes, and compensation.
Shape and implement telecommunications and Management Reporting Systems.

EXPERIENCE
College degree and/or equivalent business experience (BA/BS).
Three years managerial experience
2 - 3 years Advertising experience desirable.
Telephone Sales and Telephone Customer Service experience necessary.
