Manager, Customer Print Solutions
Lead a team providing exceptional, pro active service to our customers ensuring printing schedules are consistently achieved to their satisfaction; ensure project quality specifications are clearly delineated to sales and operations.
Requires customer orientation, problem solving and clear communications in all situations. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace. Demonstrate ability to motivate and encourage a critical work team and model the way.
At least two years in a management capacity supervising customer service reps in a manufacturing environment. Savvy with MS Office and working with a ERP systems. BS Degree and 3+ years experience or 6 years related experience. Basic understanding of pre press process preferred. Knowledge of press forms, impositions and bindery procedures a plus.
