Help Desk Technician

Access Intelligence has an immediate opening for a Help Desk team member. The technician
will perform support and maintenance of desktop systems in an Adobe based publishing
environment.


The qualified candidate will have:

-3-5 years experience in supporting Windows desktop, MS Office Suite, Mac OS X, publishing systems, Adobe software (including InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, and Acrobat), fonts, Suitcase, system cloning, remote access, VPN, and wireless networking.

 

-excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills required.

- the ability to work well with people on all levels and come up to speed quickly.

-K4 publishing system experience, Microsoft and/or Apple certification, BlackBerry/Mobile Devices support experience are all big pluses.

May be required to provide scheduled or emergency off-hours/weekend support and may be
required to travel to various work locations.
