HRIS Program Manager

Publishing company is looking for a HRIS Program Manager to plan and direct the establishment and ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems to support short and long range business goals.  Oversee the specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, policies, and procedures. 

 

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Knowledge of Oracle ERP applications; specifically HR, Time and Labor, Advances Benefits and Compensation Workbench and ADP software.  Experience in system implementation and integration, and project management training experience.
