Blue Sky Publications, LLC is a small independently owned company with plenty of room for growth.STARTING SALARY: $25,500+ Depending on experience. Full time in house graphic design and production person whose primary responsibilities include composing and production and layout of advertising for real estate publications and magazines.The general details of the job are described below: Accurate, error free ad design and page layout. Interaction with advertisers via email and phone confirming approvals of proofs of the ads. Process client ads and in-house materials to specifications; coordinate with production supervisor, account executives, and editorial staff Maintain quality results by proofing and pre-flighting layouts, including required files, fonts, and links; confirms and troubleshoots design printability and maintaining superior appearance and highest quality of standards in all assigned projects Maintain document workflow through company software program for production and proofing process to maximize time and efficiency Prefer candidate to be proficient in Macintosh OSX. Must be proficient in publishing applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word Successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills; keen attention to detail; spelling and grammar, multitasking; good critical reasoning; and the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
