Fulfillment Coordinator - 6150

Description:Responsibilities-Perform proper shift start-up and shut down procedures, including checking and verifying that necessary supplies are available.-Check/verify job components against sample board as to codes and other key information and indicators.-Understand, complete and verify all necessary paperwork for appropriate task/job.-Set up job accounts and postal classifications on electronic meter; feed envelopes into console at acceptable production speeds and print job/daily reports.-Maintain acceptable production speeds.-Perform other duties as assigned.About the OpportunityUnder direct supervision efficiently processes direct mail materials manually and through various equipment.Qualifications:-Understand and comply with U.S. Postal regulations and DMM (Domestic Mail Manual) as required for processing appropriate classes of mail.-Thorough knowledge of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) regulations, including ability to read and understand Zip reports and ability to sort and tray mail.-Thorough comprehension of the production process.-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and grasp bundles of material up to 4 inches thick repeatedly.-Ability to use PC and electronic equipment. -Ability to read, understand and accurately execute work orders and sample board instructions.-Solid verbal and written communication skills.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: St Louis, MOJob Number: 3353Company URL: http://www.epsilon.comCompany Profile:About UsConditions of EmploymentAll job offers are contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background checks.
