Reed Technology and Information Services (RTIS), headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania, is a leading provider of data capture, management and distribution services for large volumes of information, including some of the most complex documents published. Our customers include the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a wide range of pharmaceutical manufacturers. We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to perform a variety of budgeting and forecasting functions with the ability to develop, maintain and refine financial models, develop proposals and business cases, and conduct a variety of financial analyses. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related field, a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a financial planning and analysis role, experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and profitability analysis. Candidate must have a working knowledge of financial theories, practices and concepts and must be proficient in Excel with the ability to develop models and tools to support the above activities and to create efficiencies for existing processes. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are also required to act in this liaison role between operations and finance, and to make recommendations and presentations to Senior Management. Prior experience with Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, a manufacturing environment, and/or government contracts are a plus.RTIS offers an excellent compensation program with an outstanding benefits package, which includes a pension plan, 401(k) plan, tuition refund, medical, dental and vision insurance options.
