Financial Accounting Associate

Responsibilities
* Prepare schedules for multiple sales teams including weekly and period sales rep performance and goal tracking statistics
* Generate & Develop Crystal (and other) reports
* Calculate monthly sales commission and bonus payments
* Prepare reconciliations between Financials, billing and other data sources
* Calculate Trade Revenue and Expense
* Provide management reports and analysis as required
* Ensure related compliance for all company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley key controls
* Participate in process improvement initiatives, including new process or systems implementations
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
* Minimum two years broad based accounting experience
* Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
* Must be detail oriented with a proven history of accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work in deadline oriented environment
* Strong problem solving skills
* Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet applications required (MS Word and Excel,
with knowledge in Crystal Reports)
* Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance
customer relationships
