Expeditor, Purchasing, Customer Service

New Pak, Incorporated, a leader in the packaging and shipping supply industry is looking for a qualified Expeditor, Customer Service person.

 

Principal Duties:

Work along our outside sales team, helping to create an unsurpassed level of customer satisfaction and also work with our vendors, establishing a relationship that will allow us to remain competitive in the marketplace. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Utilizing Microsoft Word to build customer quotes and presentations

Work along outside sales representatives to solve customer challenges

Research existing product lines and potential new products for resale

Dealing directly with our customers

Enter sales and purchase orders

Dealing with vendors in a positive manner that will promote a positive relationship

 

Candidate must be able to accurately multitask and have outstanding telephone communication and organization skills. You must have the ability to effectively manage heavy phone volume in a fast-paced setting, work in a team environment, negotiate effectively, and creatively solve problems.   Valid drivers license a must.  Candidate must have the ability to handle light duty lifting and possess a creative mind for packaging design.

Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.  Ability to utilize the Internet is a must.
