Division Sales Support Manager

We are seeking a Division Sales Support Manager who will be responsible for assisting Corporate or Regional Level Sales Support Management on a divisional level, ensuring that preliminary interviewing needs are met for any open position within the region; that all sales support related training needs are met within their designated regions. This position is responsible for coordinating support to offices within their designated region as needed, ensuring that all sales offices within their region are supported in the absence of sales support personnel.

This position will participate in sales support team project meetings on a weekly basis; creating, maintaining, training and ensuring compliance in regards to sales support procedures and related policies. This position will be responsible for coordinating policy and procedural roll outs within their designated offices. This position is responsible for providing support to the subsidiary office sales management team.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for supervising Sales Support Specialist positions in their assigned offices, maintaining service to internal and external customers, always presenting a positive image of the Company, reviewing the paperwork submitted by sales personnel and ensures compliance in regards to paperwork policies and procedures, working with Corporate or Regional Support Management and contiguous departments to ensure effective communication and compliance with various policies and procedures, particularly related to Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, maintaining inventory and ordering of all sales offices resource materials and office supplies, generating all DIAD sales reports for their assigned subsidiary office upon request, updating various Excel based reports for Sales, creating Excel based reports for Sales Support, assisting in sales canvass preparation and maintain assignment records, handling cash as directed by accounting management, development of and monitoring of various Sales Support department budgets for their assigned offices, monitoring purchasing procedures and budgets within their assigned offices, opening and distributing incoming mail and shipping, and ensures that outgoing mail leaves in a timely manner, ensureing that all aspects of sales support and office management are effective and efficient, coordinating the workflow of the support staff to ensure its timely completion, working with the Corporate or Regional Sales Office Support or Management to roll out DIAD enhancements to the sales department management staff in their designated offices, monitoring Intranet / Extranet updates and Canvass Binders for their respective offices, traveling to road, subsidiary or corporate office as deemed necessary, for the set up of temporary offices within the assigned region, assisting with the coordination and facilitation of opening of new offices within their designated region as needed and performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A high level of proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Intranet is required. The incumbent must have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures. The incumbent/candidate must have a detailed work ethic, be highly motivated, well organized and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals, as well as all levels of management. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere where priorities change and deadlines are rigid.

The ability to drive and willingness to fly to other locations is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass the paperwork training test with a minimum score of 85% upon completion of the paperwork training test.

Education/Experience: Two year college or business school degree preferred. A minimum of three years of experience working in a sales office environment is required for this position.

Additional Job Notes:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing, strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, internal and external customer service skills. Must have previous managerial experience and experience working in a busy office environment.
