Proactively build effective working relationships across departmental boundaries and with stakeholders. Oversee the work in progress and establish courses of action to ensure that the work is completed efficiently and according to schedule. Clearly convey information and ideas to publishing and production colleagues. Ability to build and maintain an e-product team consisting of project managers (Producers), managers and development partners. Constantly encourage department to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to products, processes and workflows. Translate the vision and values of the Company and department into day to day activities and behaviors. Understand technical requirements for the development and production of electronic ancillaries and e-products. Remain current with developments and trends in e-products and e-learning. Adherence to budgets for department. Responsible for 1,200 projects globally with budgets ranging from $5,000 - $100,000 per project.Qualifications Exceptional project management, supervisory, and communication skills; skilled use of MS Word, knowledge of Excel; working knowledge of computer graphics, CD ROM and Web authoring tools; college degree or equivalent mix of education and experience, 3-5 years experience in an operational environment.Other Information Closing Statement We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package as well as a real opportunity for career growth in a growing organization.
