Direct Marketing Associate
QuadDirect,a Quad/Graphics subsidiary that offers concept-through-deliveryservices, including just-in-time marketing strategies, creativedevelopment, and creative and workflow solutions, as well as onlinecommunications deployment and comprehensive print production anddistribution, all driven by data, is hiring direct marketingprofessionals for our West Allis location for key business areas tomeet the growing demand from our diverse group of clients.The Direct Marketing List & Circulation Specialist position isresponsible for providing list acquisition and circulation planningsupport for a wide range of clients, especially catalog marketers.Responsibilities• Establish and maintain relationships with direct marketing list compilers, brokers, co-ops and other data providers.• Consult with clients to understand their marketing goals and recommend the most pertinent lists available on the market.• Support circulation planning requirements for clients by evaluatinglist performance and recommending changes based upon response data.• Collaborate with internal business units to provide detailedspecifications and mailing instructions for estimating, mail fileprocessing and billing purposes.• Provide strategic business direction to Application Development andTech Support to continuously enhance proprietary online listacquisition software tools.• Maintain tracking and reporting information for clients and internal business areas.
Qualifications
• Marketing research and proven experience building relationships with vendors and clients is required.• Must be proficient in direct marketing and database marketing best-practices.• At least three years of experience in a business or agency setting required.• Must be comfortable interacting with various stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.• Must have Internet and Microsoft Office computer skills with aptitude to quickly learn proprietary tools and systems.• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required.
