The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS), publisher of The New England Journal of Medicine has an immediate opening for a skilled professional to coordinate postal presort and data processing for our busy distribution and bulk mail department.

 

Responsibilities include:Maintaining databases and overseeing data collection. Operating postal presort software.Preparing work orders.Reviewing mailing components.The coordinator will also assist with customer service, data entry, filing and other administrative tasks.

 

The successful candidate will have work experience in a postal-related data processing environment. Strong PC and communication skills are required. Experience with Firstlogic software and a working knowledge of USPS regulations and automated mailing equipment is a plus.
