Customer Support Representative
The primary role of the Customer Support Representative is to ensure all existing accounts are well taken care of. This role includes: The initial input of artwork requests into the system Updating of artwork monthly as needed Touching base with clients on a regular basis Communicating activities back to the Advertising Consultant via Magazine Manager and ensuring all around customer satisfaction with TheHomeMag.
