Duties and Responsibilities:

  You will process orders via phone, fax, and internet Answer product, pricing, and availability inquiries Ensure that customers are handled in a quick, polite, and efficient manner. Coordinate custom orders with our art department, customer and vendor to make sure order is on schedule. Call customer to verify proof and orders Obtain delivery schedule from vendors for custom orders and relay to customer. Follow-up with vendors to verify timely delivery of custom orders according to promise delivery dates in system. Verify every detail in the sales order acknowledgment before approving to vendor or customer Verify & Relay pickup schedule for warehouse person Make purchase order for vendors, confirm price, tracking# and drop ship orders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel; and Outlook.
