Customer Service Representative

The Times Argus seeks a full-time (40 hours/week) Customer Service Representative for our Circulation Department.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to ensure that carriers, stores and subscribers of the Times Argus receive delivery in a satisfactory manner, and to perform appropriate accounting. Position requires regular weekend and weekday shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.

The successful candidate will possess: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organizational skills. Accurate data entry skills and computer experience essential. The ability to deal calmly with stressful situations. The ability to sit for much of the time. The ability to lift and push boxes of computer paper weighing approximately 45 pounds. The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs is a plus.
