Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any The Johnson Group is a full service commercial offset and digital printing company. We are looking for a qualified individual to manage projects from start to finish including submitting estimates, order entry and follow up with sales and or customers to obtain all the required details to produce the job. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Submit quotes / quote letters Order entry including complete information and updates Micro-manage jobs throughout the plant – making sure orders are correct and will deliver on time Communicate with customer, sales, and the internal team   Respond to customer inquiries (tracking #’s for proofs and deliveries, questions or concerns, press dates etc) Communicate file problems with customer to get correct files Work with purchasing to coordinate with outside vendors Work with accounting to make sure jobs are invoiced correctly Act as the internal liaison for the account managers – intimately involved in each project they have going through the plant. Other duties as assigned  QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Associates Degree Must have 2 years work experience in customer relations and or project management is required Detail oriented Good written and oral skills Basic knowledge of print Able to multi-task – handle fast paced environment Enjoys working with people Willing to learn BENEFITS:Medical, Dental, 401K, Pretax Spending Account,Disability,Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Free Check Program, Referral Bonus Program, Matching Gifts andCollege Scholarships. Note: Johnson Group reserves the right to change its set of benefits or their contents at any time.
