SUMMARY

The Credit rep is primarily responsible for Cash Collections, day to day credit extension regarding customer orders, the reconciliation of the assigned receivable portfolio, and the coordination of all correspondence to collect past due balances. They will manage assigned accounts and advise management of adverse risk conditions resulting in higher than anticipated risk exposure within the international or domestic portfolio. Furthermore, the rep will work closely with their immediate supervisor in all aspects of, including, but not limited to, anticipated cash forecasts, cash reporting and account reconciliations REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Related Work Experience:

1-2 years of credit and collections experience in a high volume business environment and familiarity with the Accounts Receivable and Customer Service processes.



Formal Education or Equivalent:

'X Associate College Degree preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting or High School Diploma with 1-2 years in Credit & Collections, accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, customer service, or related experience.

'X Experience in a centralized credit department with a background in both collections and reconciliation using an automated Credit system preferred
