Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity for a Contracts Assistant in our Royalties and Contracts department in our New York City office.

Your tasks
In this role, you will be responsible for performing contract research, answering interoffice queries and providing administrative support, with the goal of eventually drafting and negotiating contracts. Individual will work across divisions on various projects utilizing the contracts and royalties database and the contracts imaging system will possibly research and draft reversion letters and process advance payments. The candidate must have advanced MS Office skills. In addition to core computer skills, individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that is deadline driven, detail oriented and have the ability to juggle a wide variety of responsibilities and other assorted projects as required.

Our requirements
This position also requires strong interpersonal skills, an energetic, proactive flexible individual who can work independently and as a team player. Candidate must possess a BA or equivalent along with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritize assignments.
