The position of Communications Specialist will provide key support to the public relations manager in the areas of CEO communications and general internal communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
'Write CEO correspondences as assigned, which includes, but is not limited to, thank you notes, memos and talking points

'Support internal communications team with HR projects and other internal System projects

'Support Foundation with CEO communication

' Coordinates activities with public relations by providing written copy for internal communications.

' Assist the Sr. Editor and director of Public Relations in the production of all employee communication documents

' Prepare hospital award entriesEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors in journalism, public relations or communications required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Need at least one year's experience in communications.
