Client Service Specialist Lead
Ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence & coordinating with other functions as required. Assists clients on technical products or services by answering questions & solving projects involved in the use. Identifies, investigates & researches client questions & problems & may refer to account specialists, managers or other service personnel for follow-up as appropriate. Responsible for coordinating client specific reports & projects on time & within budget. Provides work direction to members of the team, as well as applies technical & tactical expertise in the execution of daily & special client projects. Develops & implements standard operating process. Recommends, modifies & scopes service solutions to help clients better manage day to day operations. Reviews operations & testing of models to ensure adequacy or determine needs for reformulation. Coordinates with the manager staffing & service levels. Participates in client meetings & presentations. Effectively diffuses complex client situations & promotes Merrill as a whole while in execution of the project.Coordinates the day to day operations of a group of employees. 'Leading and directing' is usually restricted to assigning, monitoring and reviewing programs and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on more complex issues. Most of the work time is spent performing many of the same duties as those supervised.Bachelors degree. Minimum 0-2 years related experience. Experience may substitute for education, in which case at least 3 years previous experience in a client service environment in combination with other related experience required.
