The Gazette in Colorado Springs is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to provide a wide variety of administrative, comprehensive project and clerical support for the advertising sales team. This is an opportunity for a well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal and professional phone skills who desires to be an active contributor to the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to juggle numerous projects and remain focused under pressure. Candidate should also possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communications, professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills are also desired. Administrative or sales experience is preferred. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a true desire to be part of a team are important. No phone calls.
